How to read this dashboard. Favorability = the share of respondents answering Agree or Strongly Agree, out of those who answered the question (blanks excluded), so N varies slightly by question. Grades 4–8 and High School use a 5-point scale; the middle response (3) is shown as neutral and counts as neither favorable nor unfavorable. K–3 uses a 4-point scale with no neutral option. Questions marked REV are negatively worded (e.g., “Bullying is a problem at my school”) — for these, disagreement is counted as favorable, so a high bar is always a good result. The three surveys ask different questions, so when viewing all surveys together, results are summarized by category within each survey rather than merged.
